The Plenty Food Group is providing members the opportunity to participate on a regional stand at Fine Food Sydney 2011. There are limited positions available offering benefits such as reduced costs, additional resources, assistance, greater exposure and more.
The Plenty Food Group will also be promoting itself and our region as a leader in food manufacturing as well as promoting members to buyers from our local markets and visiting international delgates.
Each co-exhibitor will have display space for product and media, wall advertising space and have product displayed in the PFG regional display. There may also be an opportunity to supply product to the Victorian Government stand for display, as well as sampling and preparation on the stand by their exhibition Chef.
Co-exhibitor participation cost: *$2250
*Standard space allotment with plinth, shelf unit, wall banner and plinth sign. Other display units, refrigeration and resources available at additional cost.
All Plenty Food Group members not attending will have the opportunity to supply limited shelf stable products or packaging for a static display.
The Group will manage the regional stand and provide exhibitors assistance with:
The Plenty Food Group has booked stand No: R56, a 6m x 6m corner stand with individual display space available for up to 10 manufacturers. The current PFG FF11 Stand concept will be adapted to suit participant’s needs equally; additional services such as refrigeration units and other needs can be adapted into the stand once participants are confirmed.
PFG will be investigating freight consolidation options to reduce costs and add convenience.
Refrigeration can be made available on the stand at an additional expense for those who require it.
If two or more companies require refrigeration to showcase product, it may be possible to organise shared refrigeration display if suitable.
These costs will be at your own expense, but be aware that parking at this exhibition is difficult.
The Plenty Food Group will endeavour to assist with any exhibitor's special requirements eg: refrigeration, additional furniture, multimedia etc. Any additional expense incurred will be invoiced back to the exhibitor/s.
A non-refundable deposit of $1000 will confirm your position. An invoice will be raised after the exhibition for the remainder stand cost plus any other agreed expenses incurred on your behalf by \the Plenty Food Group.
