The Plenty Food Group is providing members the opportunity to participate on a regional stand at FHA08. There are limited positions available for individual members to co-exhibit, offering benefits such as reduced costs, additional resources, assistance, greater exposure and more.
The Plenty Food Group will also be promoting itself and our region as a leader in food manufacturing and promote members who are currently exporting or looking to do so in the near future.
HOFEX is the largest food, beverage and hospitality event in the Asia Pacific region.
Held every two years, Hofex will showcase over 100 companies from Australia and the Australian national pavilion will be one of the largest national groups on show. Hofex 2009 is fully supported by Austrade and the Victorian State Government.
You will also have access to Austrade's full service and business matching package, tailored especially for exhibitors at HOFEX 2009.

The Plenty Food Group is offering you the opportunity to take part in a regional group stand with in the Australian pavilion at HOFEX 2009, 6 - 9 May in Hong Kong. Participating on a regional stand offers many additional benefits which include:
- Reduced costs
- Consolidation of expenses
- Minimal staff requirements (one representative)
- Additional marketing opportunities
- Greater exposure with more buyers visiting the one stand
- New business relationships made with and through co-exhibitors
- Plenty Food Group support prior to, during and post Expo
The Plenty Food Group stand will be located within the Victorian section of the Australian Pavilion in Hall 3, with four co-exhibitor positions available on the 18m2 stand. Each co-exhibitor will have allocated display and marketing space, plus dedicated assistance from the Plenty Food Group and additional support services provided by Regional Development Victoria and Austrade.
Additional expenses remain the responsibility of exhibitors, such as freight, airfares, accommodation, refrigeration and equipment hire etc. However the Plenty Food Group can provide assistance in sourcing and consolidating services between co-exhibitors, creating sizeable cost savings, especially with freight expenses and their minimum fees per consignment.
Individual purpose designed banners will be created for each co-exhibitor at HOFEX09, ensuring that each co-exhibitor will gain the highest possible profile and retain a strong individual identity.
Plenty Food Group concept stand for HOFEX 2009. The stand space will be
adapted to mutually benefit the needs of all participants.
Plenty Food Group will provide/give assistance with the following:
- Pre-expo co-exhibitor meetings/briefings
- Needs arising at the show
- Communications with expo organisers
- Freight consolidation
- Consolidation of any additional costs, eg: refrigeration, storage
- Stand design
- Graphic artwork (signage)
- Media
- Logistics
- Lead recording
Co-exhibitor participation fee on the Plenty Food Group Regional Stand is
$1,800 excluding GST
