Based on minimal classroom training and supported by workplace projects, that delivers real organisational change. Experienced program facilitators and trainers from Kangan Batman TAFE will work with your business to ensure a return on investment.
Cost: $475 per company (normally $1900). The Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development (DIIRD) will subsidies $1425 of this program.
Program Structure
- 5 x 2 days of training
- 6 to 8 weeks of implementation in the workplace over one year
- Projects selected by company management and staff
