Australian Food Promotion
ParknShop in Hong Kong are organising an in-store Australian Promotion from 6 to 24 March 2009.
PARKnSHOP is the leading supermarket chain in Hong Kong.
PARKnSHOP's Superstore concept has transformed the way Hong Kong shoppers think about supermarket shopping, giving them the widest selection of international grocery items in the city.
There are now more than 50 Superstores in Hong Kong, making PARKnSHOP a true one-stop shop.
This event is supported by the Victorian Government through Regional Development Victoria and the Victorian Government Business Office, Hong Kong, together with Austrade, other State Governments and Tourism Australia.
The event will be held at 50 ParknShop stores and will feature fresh and ambient categories, including wine.
Victorian food companies are invited to apply to ParknShop to participate in the promotion.
If you are interested can you please supply the following information that ParknShop requests from each company:
- 1) Product description
- 2) Private label
- 3) Website
- 4) Packaging Size
- 5) Shelf Life
- 6)FOB pricing
- 7) Minimum Order of Quantity
This information can be completed on the attached excel spreadsheet and returned to Bruce Greene at Regional Development Victoria at email: bruce.greene@rdv.vic.gov.au . Bruce will collate this information for Ms Jasmine Lu of our Victorian Goverment Business Office in Hong Kong, who will in turn pass the information to ParknShop.
You will need to compile the information for each product and return to Bruce Greene before 7 November 2008. It is expected there will be a lot of product information to collate so the earlier companies can send the information the better.

ParknShop will be conatcting successful food companies directly with details of how food samples can be delivered to Hong Kong.
