Fire Relief Food Donations

Local food manufacturers have been extremely generous donating thousands of dollars of urgently needed food and drink to the victims of the Black Saturday Bushfires.

Student Work Placements

Diploma of Food Science & Technology

Work placements are a very important part of the course, enabling students see how the skills they learn in class are applied in a food processing environment.  Employers also get a chance to view potential employees and help the skills development of RMIT students about to enter the food industry.

There is no cost to the employer and WorkCover premiums are covered by State Government Legislation.

Round One of the Collaborative Internet Innovation Fund (cIIF)

Closes Thursday 5 March 2009

This is a new $15 million competitive grants program to accelerate the innovative use of the next generation of ICT by Victorian government, business and community. The cIIF program provides project-based funding to support early adopters of new technologies to undertake collaborative projects that develop new ways of working and solving problems.
